WEBAC®4204 is a primer for dry surfaces of mineral nature and a base resin for making leveling and bonding finishes to prepare surfaces for subsequent WEBAC® Coatings. WEBAC®4204 can be highly filled with mineral filling materials and is a universally applicable building and mortar resin.
