WEBAC®151
09.06.2010 -Users can now individually adjust the reaction time and the expansion behavior of PU injection foam resin WEBAC®151 by changing the mixing ratio.
Within a range of 1:1 up to 1:10 parts by volume, the expansion start can be varied from approx. 8 seconds to approx. 20 seconds, and the expansion in volume after contact with water can be varied from about 10-fold to about 30-fold.
WEBAC®151 can thus be varied from a particularly quick, soft and
elastic foam (MR 1:1) to a strongly expanding foam with solid texture (1:10). The use of an accelerator is no longer required.
Users now have the possibility to adjust the product's reaction behavior to the conditions on site.
