WEBAC®1610

01.12.2009 -
Exposure to weather gradually affects the bearing capacity and stability of brickwork over the years. These weak points often require time- and cost-intensive repairs and reconstruction measures. This is where the new WEBAC®1610 comes into play. WEBAC®1610 is a two-component PU injection resin especially designed for sealing, filling and stabilizing cavities and gaps in brickwork where structural strength is required. For this purpose, the resin's properties are tailored to the compressive strength of the brickwork to be stabilized. In dry areas, WEBAC®1610 cures without expansion in volume, whereas the material slightly foams and forms a closed-cell, watertight pore structure in damp or wet environments. The material is characterized by its good adhesion and bonding properties when applied to mineral substrates. Moreover, WEBAC®1610 can be applied both by 1-comp. and 2-comp. injection pumps thanks to its mixing ratio of 1:1.
