WEBAC®4110
Concrete structures and components have a tendency toward crack formation when subjected to tensile load or pressure overload. WEBAC®4110 closes these cracks and bonds concrete components restoring structural strength. In doing so, WEBAC®4110 complies not only with German national regulations.

WEBAC®1660
04.01.2011 - New PU injection resin for stabilizing building structures and underground structuresAlong with EN 1504-5 the performance concept was introduced to the reconstruction of buildings. It is no longer the type of material but its efficiency alone which determines the application.
So we are today also able to fulfill the performance characteristics of EP resins with PU systems.
WEBAC®1660 is such a new “hybrid resin“. It combines the tenacity and universal reactivity of PU resins with stability and adhesion similar to that of EP resins. In dry areas, WEBAC®1660 cures homogenously, in moist or wet environments, the material reacts with the existent water thus forming a pressure-resistant and watertight, closed-cell pore structure.
Thanks to this combination of product properties WEBAC®1660 is suitable for sealing, stabilizing and statically strengthening dry or wet building structures and underground structures at the same time.
Notable are the very good adhesive and stability properties of WEBAC®1660: adhesive tensile strength: approx. 3 N/mm²; compressive strength: approx. 65 N/mm²; bending tensile strength: approx. 85 N/mm².
And another advantage: WEBAC®1660 can be applied at temperatures from +1 °C by 1-comp. or 2-comp. pumps (MR 1:1 parts by volume).
