Along with EN 1504-5 the performance concept was introduced to the reconstruction of buildings. It is no longer the type of material but its efficiency alone which determines the application. So we are today also able to fulfill the performance characteristics of EP resins with PU systems. WEBAC®1660 is such a new “hybrid resin“.

WEBAC®4110
01.08.2011 - EP injection resin in accordance with DIN EN 1504-5Concrete structures and components have a tendency toward crack formation when subjected to tensile load or pressure overload. WEBAC®4110 closes these cracks and bonds concrete components restoring structural strength.
In doing so, WEBAC®4110 complies not only with German national regulations such as ZTV-ING (RISS) or DIN V 18028 incl. the respectively required listing and external supervision but also with the much stricter European requirements of DIN EN 1504-5 with 2+ certification.
The product’s mixing ratio of 2:1 parts by volume, its low viscosity of 280 mPa·s and its very long pot life of 100 min. (1 l, 20 °C) in particular assure a user-friendly application down to 8 °C. Environmental and health aspects are also taken into account: naturally, WEBAC®4110 fulfils the requirements for the total solid classification in accordance with the German Association of Construction Chemicals Manufacturers DBC and is among the few injection resins which fulfill the KTW recommendations D1 for the application of plastics /polymers in potable water pipes for largesurface sealants. For this reason WEBAC®4110 is also suitable for sealing construction joints and for bonding concrete surfaces „fresh in fresh“.
