WEBAC® 151

WEBAC® 151 is a universal PU injection foam resin adjustable at a mixing ratio of 1 : 1 to 1 : 10.

WEBAC® 151 – PU injection foam resin with adjustable foam factor

WEBAC® 151 is a high-grade, universally applicable PU injection foam resin and, for instance, suitable for stopping water ingress in masonry, concrete and natural stone. The adjustable foam is also suitable for sealing water tanks, canals and other hydraulic engineering structures. WEBAC® 151 can also be applied in shaft construction.

The adjustable foam WEBAC® 151 is characterized by its low viscosity – at a mixing ratio of 1 : 10 to 1 : 1. Depending on the mixing ratio, the PU injection foam resin reacts to form a surface-dense, firm and elastic to highly flexible, soft and elastic foam and – given free expansion – expands its volume up to 35 times. 

The low viscosity of the adjustable foam WEBAC® 151 provides for a high capillary activity. It is thus ideal for fast and temporarily stopping water penetration. To ensure a permanent sealing effect, a secondary injection with WEBAC PU injection resins is necessary.


WEBAC® 151 is an adjustable PU foam

The foam factor of WEBAC® 151 is adjustable: the reaction start can be adapted by varying the mixing ratio and considering the inherent temperature, the material temperature and the water temperature. Example: at 20 °C, the foam formation starts 8 to 20 seconds after moisture contact.
