Settlement cracks in the component showed that the buildings subsoil became unstable. The soil was frost-free and densely packed down to 80 cm foundation depth. Beneath this stable foundation, there were loose layers, mainly of peat and gravel. WEBAC PURseal M S was the perfect solution to consolidate this subsoil: good penetration into the soil due to long processing time along with fast curing. The material has been injected to a depth of 2.50 m via ram injection lances. The building is once again standing on solid ground.
