WEBAC acrylic gel is an injection material characterized by its very low viscosity. This makes WEBAC injection gel the ideal solution for the sealing of structural elements with ground contact (gel injection). Low viscosity injection gel can also be used for sealing surfaces within overall open-pored structures against moisture penetration – including the installation of a post-construction damp proof course (dpc) against capillary rising moisture in masonry. WEBAC polymer gel is also suitable for gel injections into joints.
Injection gel resistant to acids, salts and frost
Fully reacted WEBAC acrylate gel is insoluble in water and fuels. WEBAC injection gels are compatible not only with concrete and masonry mortar but also with foil and cable sheathing and are resistant to diluted acids and salts detrimental to the building structure. Our polymeric gel is also resistant to alternating frost and thaw.

Please note when applying polymer gel: The injection pressure depends on the nature and condition of the building structure. The acrylate gel is injected from bottom to top, beginning at the lowest drill-hole level. The injection process is continued until injection gel emerges from the adjacent packers. The reaction speed is influenced by the temperature of the material and the structural element: higher temperatures will accelerate and lower temperatures will slow down the reaction. Only inject pure WEBAC injection gel free of residues from cleaning agents or other foreign matter.
