WEBAC_® IP 2K‑AG: two-component stainless steel injection pump for curtain injection 

WEBAC_® IP 2K‑AG is specially designed as pump for acrylate gels. The injection pump is ideal for curtain injections.

The gel injection pump WEBAC_® IP 2K‑AG is equipped with two regenerative, air-operated piston pumps. A compressor with an air volume of 300–400 l/min. is required to operate the pump. The individual components are introduced to the mixing head via separate suction hoses and mixed with a static mixer. Check valves prevent the components from flowing back into the high-pressure hoses and thus avoid all accidental reactions within the feed system. The integrated high-pressure flush pump cleans the mixing head via a separate flush line any time work is interrupted. A control unit for recording the material consumption is available on request.
