PU Injection Resins


WEBAC® 1403P is a CE-certified PU injection resin for crack injection in concrete elements. In contact with water the resin reacts to a fine-pored closed cellular foam with high chemical resistance, specially for contaminated facilities in agricultural sector and waste water disposals.

WEBAC® 1403P: injection resin for closing, sealing and filling cracks

WEBAC® 1403P is a high quality, very low viscosity PU injection resin. WEBAC® 1403P is used for the closing, sealing and limited-flexibility filling of water-bearing, damp or dry cracks. The PU injection resin is also suitable for injection procedures via injection tubes to seal construction joints in concrete structures. WEBAC® 1403P is certified according to DIN EN 1504‑5 for areas relevant to structural stability (PU resin CE sign).

Fully cured WEBAC® 1403P provides for constant volume and chemical resistance

WEBAC® 1403P cures to form an inert, chemical-resistant resin of constant volume. Please note that lower temperatures will slow down the reaction, whereas higher temperatures will accelerate the reaction. At low temperatures (<10 °C) it is recommended to add accelerator (WEBAC® B14). The injection resin WEBAC® 1403P stands out due to its compatibility with masonry mortar,  concrete, steel, foil and cable sheathing materials. 

In case of water-bearing cracks under hydrostatic pressure it must be checked on site whether a preliminary injection of WEBAC PU injection foam resin is necessary. A preliminary injection is always required if the water pressure is so high that the injection resin would otherwise be washed out of the structure before it has fully reacted.
