WEBAC Injection Tubes: sealing of construction joints, structural bonding of concrete elements

WEBAC Injection Tubes present a flexible and reliable sealing system in combination with suitable WEBAC PU injection resins. They are suitable for sealing construction joints in concrete structures and for the structural or flexible bonding of concrete elements. Injection hoses from WEBAC can also be used for the post-construction sealing of joint tapes in expansion joints and of joint tapes or joint plates in construction joints in concrete. Application ranges of WEBAC Injection Tube systems include water tanks and sewage treatment basins (“white tanks”, waterproof concrete tanks), underground car parks, tunnels and subways, bridge constructions (coupler joints), masonry dams and power stations. 

Injection hoses are available in two versions

WEBAC offers two types of injection hoses: 

• WEBAC_® Injection Tube AB is a single-walled tube based on PVC. It is provided with openings or slots slightly tapered from the inside outward. The openings close due to their geometry and efficiently prevent cement paste from penetrating the transport canal. WEBAC_® Injection Tube AB has a national test certificate for use in combination with PU injection resins WEBAC_® 1403P/ WEBAC_® 1405 for sealing construction joints in buildings structures made of watertight concrete.
   
• WEBAC_® Injection Tube Type 2 is an injection tube coated with fabric. It consists of a flexible, pressure-resistant inner hose provided with outlet openings at regular intervals. This support hose is provided with a double fabric sleeve. This sleeve prevents the penetration of water and the penetration of cement paste during concreting. WEBAC Injection Tube Type 2 has a national test certificate for use in combination with WEBAC_® 1405 for sealing construction joints in concrete elements with high water penetration resistance.
